Ely Sailing Club is based at Roswell Pits in Ely, Cambridgeshire. We have over 35 acres of attractive fresh water with islands, trees and banks. The sailing is always interesting, challenging and fun. There is dry launching directly from jetties, and crews are able to sail without getting their feet wet. We are a recognised Royal Yachting Association (RYA) training centre providing a range of sailing courses, powerboat courses and first aid tuition. We have also been awarded RYA Champion Club status for our race coaching. The club is family orientated and run by its members, for its members, with good value and enjoyment for all.
Note to All ESC Members
To all members of Ely Sailing Club, please be aware that membership of the club and the use of Roswell Pits is limited to sailing related activities only. Membership does not permit other activities such as open water swimming. Thanks for your cooperation with respect to this.
