Training Course Cancellation Policy

Ely Sailing Club reserves the right to cancel any course.

Where this is necessary a full refund will be made or an alternative course offered. No additional liability for compensation or expenses will be accepted by Ely Sailing Club.

If a student cancels their booked place on a course up to 3 weeks before the course starting date, a full refund will be given. If a student cancels their booked place on a course less than 3 weeks before the course starting date no refund will be given, unless the place is filled by another student. Once the course has begun, if a student cannot complete the full course for any reason, no refund or partial refund will be given.

By making a payment for a course you confirm that you are willing to accept the above booking terms and conditions.
